On August 20, 2025, our team participated in a Positive Thinking Training, a soft skill development program that helps strengthen human resources for the workplace and society.
The training focused on:
The power and benefits of positive thinking for professional and personal growth
Role-play activities to compare positive and negative approaches
Practical tools to build collaboration, resilience, and teamwork
Following the training, our team began a 21-Day Challenge to practice meditation, smile daily, and write positive reflections as a way to reinforce and sustain the learning.
This program not only developed individual soft skills but also supported our collective commitment to fostering a positive and productive working environment.
